I have both Myvi 1st gen and 3rd gen in my house

1st gen Myvi pick up is the best.. 1st gear really powerful.. 3rd gen no power in pick up.. I modded my 3rd gen with throttle controller, air filter etc

3rd gen Myvi is more stable when cornering.. 1st gen handling is like sampan

3rd gen main drag race , rdy CVT koyak

I think 3rd gen was still 4-speed auto for 1.5 model. 1.3L got both manual and auto. Later only go to CVT

I think the 3rd gen was more on software action, not human because it is drive by wire. I agree in cornering and has better feedback.

Well for MG3 P2 tuned it down cause you guys keep complaining King on the road driving like Initial D in your rearview mirrors.. it's acceleration is much more siput compared to LB.. Anyone who drove LB before will know how damn snappy and feisty on the throttle that thing is..

and also MG3 is far heavier than Gen1/LB.. So its not surprising.. But at least now MG3 can sapu corner with much more confidence la due to quite low design and being heavier as well..

PS: MG3 even lose drag race to Punch CVT Iriz.. But MG3 FL with CVT manage to win back.. So it's all to do with the way P2 tuned the gearbox..

1st gen easily fly and accident. Underpowered like shit.

2nd gen is heavier but much safer. Still underpowered.

3rd gen even heavier and slicker. Better aerodynamics. Slightly more powerful especially the 4AT model. CVT model even better. Good acceleration if can get the timing right. Mashing the pedal won't launch any quicker.
