Btw, india experienced at least 12 terrorist attacks since 2008. Independent investigations were started with negotiations by both countries but Pakistan failed to follow through. Its not like India can enter and investigate themselves.

Btw, they attacked one of the terrorist involved in the past terror attacks that is also suspected to be involved in the April terror attacks. That was their aim.
