as someone that has visited SG, TW, and JP recently

Singapore convenient stores simply do not impress me at all, their existence is totally neglectable

liquor locked down after 7pm
no value added services at all (at least Msia one can top up, buy Sim cards, and pay bills)
boring products on the shelves
most stores are small and tight, yet do not offer interesting stuffs like TW and JP do

no wonder FamiliMart and CU avoid the island state at all costs

average Singaporean lives are so sad

But they have excellent public transportation

Why need to impress you?

can't buy domdoms in peace, cashier look at you like a weirdo

No familymart? Because they have 7-11. No extra service? They have bill payment, parcel service, parking coupon, cash withdrawal, top-up service (Autopass, cashcard, flashpay, Ez-link etc).
