My barang say out for delivery on the 2/5/2025 delivery time 1-5 May but if Shopee say out for delivery means item is going to be delivered same day. Apa punde already almost 5 days no receive item but they deduct from my shopee wallet. I still want the item told CS they say they will expedite but item still not at collection hub but those bastards deducted.

Anyone experience this bullshit before? SPX I wonder if they banging balls or what happen.

SPX try to deliver item first attempt on 30/4/2025. The punde take pick at 10.15 say attempt unsuccessful before the next so called attempt on 2/5/2025.

Payment deducted for item which is not even delivered at collection point . I took the collection point option.

Shopee says item out for delivery since 2/5/2025 but till today no update as of 9.41 pm.

uhh? payment is deducted on order, will refund to u if undelivered
just click on refund and say item undelivered, shoppee staff/seller will review it
for me, usually they'll deliver it on the next day after I click refund
