USD keep dropping... now hovering around 4.20 from 4.50+ last month.

Some say this is the time to masuk all-in, some say better wait a bit more maybe got recession, rate cuts etc.

Also... who still holding USD from 4.6 days?

probably. But what other currency climbing amids this period? CNY macam always risky. My SGD also tak pernah jatuh/naik too far.
