This case too obvious. If police really conducting covert ops won't be stupid come dressed in police vest. Obviously the perpetrators wanted to cover up their trails by shifting blame to police. Now who dare and have audacity to carry out something of this nature except people with very thick cable to pull. Your typical gangster /triad won't dare frame the police in Broad daylight.

All this suggest that igp and govt not in control of pdrm but there are hidden hands operating there.
