I have one installed now in the apartment where I stay. Manual version. No SIRIM or other approvals. I like it and would install again. No issues at all, installed in April 2021
I use it because it will protect on over voltage if there is a neutral fault at the substation.
Do note that I am a technical person, so my knowledge covers any failure in the device or functionality. YMMV

How many electrical fittings can this meter measured? Is it only for aircond only? Or can connect to both aircond and water heater?

I wanted to use one but of course it doesn't have SIRIM and am a bit skeptical.
