Some states have certain power not under controlled of federal gov (although S&S are not 'states', just saying).
Not saying Sarawak gov are 'better' (in my standard), but if really want to compare between both S&S, Sabah gov can go eat shxt.

Some state gov worked really hard to bring in investment, they will have more money = investment into the state infrastructure which some are not under federal funded. We assume 'state' gov really care about the people. Some state allow their people keep drinking free teh tarik for decades, i can't really say much because people support those gov

Lol, I don't dispute that we had and have corrupt people embezzling money. I fully recognise that. I had suspected them working hand in hand with Singapore long time ago.
