Isn't there a customer's name displayed to the rider? Wouldn't it immediately been resolved by stating 'delivery for Ms. so-and-so' and the makcik 'oh that's my daughter, brb let me ask'.

I mean, I've picked up orders for people in my house without even knowing about it, really not that big of a deal.

arrived, knock knock no response, check app literally got no info but only address, customer didn't message anything

knock for almost 4-5 mins, then door opened, it's a nenek, she asked what is it very noisy, I said food delivery, she said no one in the household ordered anything

felt weird, then I start calling, called for 5 times, receiver kept rejecting my call

this customer then started message via app say "pretend this order is actually for different unit because she secretly order food without letting nenek knowing"

and then "check money under carpet"

topkek      could have let me know in advance by putting it in the info, wasted for total of ~15mins for the fiasco when I could have go out do one order

Some people really don’t like it when people horn in their neighbourhood. Not the first time I seen someone get butthurt from this…
