They should ban order and cash

Its annoying also to see some residents dunno how to prepare early on the arrival of the riders..

I blame rider. fucking rider always irresponsible, regardless what's the address, they must wait until they delivered whatever they're delivering to buyer.

If no response and go back to foodpanda how to deal with it. Not keep pushing it to non related people, mother , makcik, pakcik, anak jiran , anjing whoever there in that premises.

If item already paid they usually just take picture and send message and leave it anywhere they like without even wait any replay from buyer. hang it on the gate, on the wall, campak - campak.

Now COD that's why this happen. try to push it to other people pulak.

Just hang somewhere and take pic proof should be fine. Grab should have record of chat and call logs so should be easy to defend.
Also got an able mother figure in house pun still need to order meal for 1 person. Shit family.

Isn't there a customer's name displayed to the rider? Wouldn't it immediately been resolved by stating 'delivery for Ms. so-and-so' and the makcik 'oh that's my daughter, brb let me ask'.

I mean, I've picked up orders for people in my house without even knowing about it, really not that big of a deal.
