The road going in/out from that particular street is a disaster. Easily 45minutes just to arrive from brt south quay to da men traffic light during peak hours and weekend.

Idk why developers tend to alter the name of the condo in the official website. Maybe don’t want the public to know directly that their project has affordable housing? I rmb last time seeing Hype Residence SAMM units being advertised as Residensi Ria.

Ayam, got a question. Ayam confused by the info given by sales personnel.

It seems like most of the layout that shares similar layout to Type B has a shared bathroom that does not have ventilation? I.e. Type B, C, E, F

From the floor plan and how it looks in the showroom, it shows that there will be not window. And the sales personnel confirmed that there is no ventilation hole.

Went and check with another sales personnel, and the exact message is that:


Actually does it have ventilation or not? Cant imagine showering in a bathroom that has no ventilation 😲

It could be wall mount ventilation fan if there is outer facing, otherwise ceilings mount ventilation fan with duct running thtu false ceiling....

I am tempting to place booking.

Was looking at Type E, it the project good for rental income?
Since the rental near by and 1 stop brt away to Monash.

but dont too expect can get very high rental ya, after 2029 Mosaic 1 and 2 completed, and Hype Residence also completed, the Tenant might have more choice and the rental will slighlty drop a bit

really doubt your rental income can cover

It might look good on paper, but I don’t think this project is a good investment, as there is already an existing competitor in the area. Definitely, Hype location is better than this, with RMM.

*and don’t forget that Mosaic also got RMM
