Seems like no one open topic about this project so I open this topic for this project🤣. SCP coming to launch new condo at the land next to mydin USJ 1 and targeted as TOD due to it proximity to BRT South Quay station. Land tenure: Freehold Service Apartment, commercial under HDA Two Blocks, 924 units. Size range: 689sqft - 2 rooms 776sqft - 3 rooms 894sqft - 3+1 rooms 1,064sqft - 4 rooms 1,239sqft - 4 rooms https://scpmosaic.com.my/ Their showroom at Damen

The road going in/out from that particular street is a disaster. Easily 45minutes just to arrive from brt south quay to da men traffic light during peak hours and weekend.

Why good luck to Type A & B?
Type A & B should be hot selling product. I went to sales galley and the developer sales staff told me there will be phase 2 after Tower A & B completed. Anyone here know is phase 2 is for selangorku? |

The pricing its actually cheaper than Kenwingston opposite asking for 650++ ish psf

The Rental here is only Rm 2100 to 2200. if buying 480k still ok, dont buy over 520k, u will lose money

SAMM unit opened. Good buy? I know the traffic near Damen mall or wtv rebranded EasyHome xxx centre is called is pretty bad.
