actually she made the right choice for not fleeing

1. she won't be able to outrun the cops. just look at her
2. if u try to flee, they will taze u, take u down. suffice to say it's more painful then a few bruises
3. fleeing from the cops will add more crime to your list, increasing your bond amount/fines/jail time
