shes not wrong to have those expectations at 30 tbh. most of it are kinda normal things to think about when you reach that age. Moreover, if they are planning to have kids.
its easy to ask her not to compare with whats on social media, but that is the norm these days anyways. everyone is comparing or being influenced by what we see online on some way, shape or form.
only thing I would say is she should also be working to contribute to the household income and alleviate some of the husbands burden.
