So I measured the window size, bought and installed the curtail rail.

All I left is the suitable size for the curtain.

If I go buy at Kaison, the size so fixed at 240cm x 260cm.

I need to get something affordable at different size according to my picture below.

Aside from MK II or those well known brand, is there any company/shop that can provide me a custom size curtain? No need expensive fabric. Just a normal blackout curtain. No need blind.

You also need to know what fullness and pleat style that you want. If you know anyone that sew, just buy the cloth and pay for the sewing. Or you can head to the Reno section, find curtain thread.

Shopee got sell those customized one but need side deal which may be trustable but a bit of a red flag for me., or find those dimension ngam you the most. problem is you need to find all dimension with the same curtain pattern which is harder than it sound.

This window design is not suitable for fabric curtain unless you want to do all the way from top which is costly.

Just go for tinted film with shades and UV protection, or maybe Venetian curtain if you don’t usually open the window

Start your search in FB marketplace

Thereafter you’ll be surrounded by curtain ads in every scroll

That’s how I found mine. Spent RM1k+ only for whole apartment

Don’t buy from MK. You’re just making the boss richer. He already own a Lambo

I was looking into it to replace my torn decade old curtain.
Previously all made by my mum. Now older don’t want bother her la. Don’t make sense. I know how hard it is.

Decades ago she made for neighbor moving to bungalow. Too much work.

While I was searching. I end up buying a new place lol. So just continue with torn curtain first while waiting for new place to be ready and move in.

But when move in, I think I ask my wife check taobao better coz quality and price should be better.

1) Go Kamdar or Nagoya;

2) Choose your fabric;

3) Show them your window/sliding door measurement;

4) Choose your type of design;

5) They will know how many metres are needed;

6) They also can sew for you or alternatively you can send the fabric to any tailor.

The measurements don't have to be so exact down to mm la.

The window is nearly 200cm wide and height to floor is nearly 240cm. (180 + 60cm)

If the curtain is 240cm wide and 260cm high, then the width is okay, but the length is 20cm longer. This you can adjust by putting the curtain rail higher.

Btw, the curtain rail (which you can cut to length) should be about 10 cm from the window edge on both sides.

Edit... Curtain have to be much wider than the window for full coverage as the curtain will be pleated by the hooks used and making it narrower.

They will sew it so that it could be used as a curtain? Got the slot to pleat it?
