two office ESD License in one email, clash or not

my laptop came with free office home-student. baru claimed it with company email.
later i bought home-business ESD from pc shop (just an envelope with slip inside). shall i use same company email or register different one. next time i sign in, able to select home-student or home-business or not. |

also got 365 family acc from laptop purchase. fine to combine all license into same email?
