if want like that, then should go all way.. sarawak resident need to apply some permit to long term stay in penisular.. see how that goes..

long term stay does not mean work in big company.. seem like you never heard of self employed, business owner or even just suka suka stay in here for 1 year..

Of course it is on par, coz you need employer to do the permit and staff from peninsular, which only big company are willing to do. which is not the same for reverse, i.e sarawakian working in penisular..

yes. next is have own central bank and decouple the currency.. then only sky is the limit..

good for you.. but you should hope this model remain the same for your lifetime and not turn like taiwan/hk vs china where they are fully autonomous with own legal system, currency and etc. by then big company would be so happy like u said as it is no longer so simple to have 2 offices (become 2 legal entity) in 2 different region (like hk vs taiwan and vs china)". big company don't care about food in your plate, they just wan't profit

now you are saying is just human resource having permit. when the region is fully autonomous, legal entity need to be separated also and much more..
