I have bought several used gpu before. all from cheap Chinese sellers like Taobao. from nv GT440 to amd RX470D. budget less than RM150. I just need smooth 720p 60fps low iq settings. wanna upgrade my GTX750.

last night, went to Taobao and AliExpress to search for something below RM150. options are worse than what I could find 3 years ago (after the death of mining craze). RX580 scrap now more expensive than before. in the past, you could buy something for low end gaming with RM150. now, I can't find any option. WTF.

what gpu will you buy for RM150?

I don't think you understand the context. 3 years ago, you could buy a used RX470D. today, you can't buy it (or any gpu with similar performance) at RM150.

thinking of buying an amd 7840HS mini PC for this purpose because of 780M igpu. but that also means dumping the main desktop which I don't want to because desktop is easier to upgrade (ship of theseus).

2022 you bought rx470d cheap because of BTC crash at the time. Now no more crash.

7840hs and 780m can run alot games decent frame and small.. can put on table or anywhere while still have space for desktop

Then your option is very restrictive, 1050 Ti is your next logical upgrade path, because you need at least twice performance improvement to make an upgrade worthwhile...
