last time i asked about PC set up is 5 years ago.
My current PC set up is

Ryzen 5 3600
zotac 2060 RTX
Ram 32GB
gold PSU
SSD 500GB
HDD 1TB
bla bla bla.... set up almost rm4k that time.

My PC still running good and can do all the jobs (photo and video editing)

So now i want to set up a new PC for my office use. Budget very limited... 3.5K
GTX graphic card is enough bcos for photoshop editing... not for gaming RTX. GTX maybe jimat sikit lo. Not for 3d rendering.

I Need open many multiple tabs to edit differances of photo in PS and illustrator.
gambar or video pon around 1080dpi - 2000 dpi is cukup. NO need 4K
I heard CPU is more importance than GPU for PS and Ai.

so far My PC spec is working good (not gaming) under win10, but i knew after upgrade to Win11 the performance will down.
Recommend me a PC set up within 3.5K, or the spec is as close as my PC now.

get Beelink SER8 with 32GB ram and 1TB or 2TB SSD je..

check ur board on the best cpu it can support. and upg ur gpu to 7800 xt or if u like ccp, rtx 3 or 4 series. upg psu as needed

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti. Estimated price: RM2,200–RM2,500.

Sorry but OP your post is not very clear. Which motherboard you using? This platform still good for years if upgrade to Ryzen 5700 or above (get 5700 x3d if budget allows)

GPU can upgrade for at least 4060. Since you don't gaming is good enough

If for secondary build, just follow above spec

Just get MacBook pro max M4. Can handle everything

I'm using i7 and 3050ti sufficient for ai , Photoshop and 3d so far so good.
