true but I say before reaching this level (ie sure know going to fail SPM), why waste those two years after form 3? in other countries after form 3 (middle school/jr high), if student is not study type they should be steered towards that vocational and apprenticeship track.Some of the strongest people I know didn’t pass with flying colours… but they rose anyway.
