Hi, I'm looking for a tablet, need some recommendations, requirements as below:
Budget around RM2000
1. Mainly used for note-taking, so stylus pen is needed (I will buy official stylus pen if it doesn't include when buying the tablet, it doesn't have to be the best but at least comfortable) 2. For gaming side I will be using to play rhythm games 3. Needs to have nice battery 4. Screen size doesn't matter as I don't bring tablet out
Thank you!

from my pass experience using various tablets for note taking, samsung with s-pen & ipad seem to be the best. for ipad no need to buy expensive pencil. 3rd party one from goojodoq are good enough. Even the older tablets are good enough

For small tablets I just got a Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 3. It's very nice and small 8.8" tablet with stylus support. Very light too. And powerful processor. Software is a bit less polished compared to Samsung's OneUI tho

QUOTE(bibirbieber @ Jun 8 2025, 12:08 AM) Planning to get this as well. But read online saying lots app crash with this model. Have you faced the issue as well? Mine is tab gen 3, I bought from an official Lenovo retailer (I believe its official Global ROM) for 1.8k which is a steal lol. So far I am not having app crashing issue, and also just received OTA update to Android 15. Lenovo's ZUI OS is good enough but not as polished as Samsung's One UI so you might get a few minor annoyance like "why cant I just have a third app up in split screen" but other times can, or why do I have to hold the top bar on floating windows to shrink/resize them. Small little stuff. In terms of speed its very good. Sound is good as well. The screen is IPS but looks better than my Tab S8 (I actually don't really like how my S8 light bleed is more noticeable) . App crashing... So far my uses are multiple web browsers and Youtube on split screen + drawing apps with youtube and not really noticing that. I also got the pen. I actually prefer this apple pencil-styled pen with cone nibs over S pen with those tiny nibs lol. It's fine for doodling.

I might buy the pen together. Im planning to use max 2 windows only for the multi tasking. One for tradingview and another for the brokage app. Wish they have lte version of these. I checked few official Lenovo retailers and they only have the 16gb ram and 512gb storage options for Rm2199 This post has been edited by bibirbieber: Jun 8 2025, 01:22 PM
