Anyone who does not have any manner or common sense is B40 to me and it includes those who make unnecessary sound that affects others.

For example those uncles/aunties who keep making sound to remove food stuck in between their teeth even though it is a restaurant and not a kopitiam.

Or those who sneeze out their mucus with tissue. Or those who talk loudly even though we are in a closed environment.

For me lowest tier is those keep asking bout what car to buy macam yes but no buy. Especially those daily open threads about it
