5.15pm is not consider late many who can only jog/exercise after work.
authorities should try ways to prevent such incidents not avoiding it.

last year was teen girl kena kidnap when pickup food delivery.....now tis attempt kidnap pulak.....aiyoyoyo ransom, human trafficking or organ harvesting ni

Very hard to kidnap a runner, they can outrun the kidnapper easily

Conditionally fit to run fast at considerable distance is the best self defense

15 year old boy jog at 5pm must be really health conscious and fit

The case is being investigated under sections 363/511 and 324 of the Penal Code for kidnapping and causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means, respectively.

The offences carry jail terms of up to seven and 10 years respectively, as well as possible fines or whipping.


I thought kidnapping carries a capital punishment?

if i remember correctly.....must go read the whole story agn.....disturbingly enough
it was by the stroke of luck he came back (from aust) and was caught
if he had stayed there things would've a whole lot different

the sick part was he painted a very dirty picture of the victim and washed his hands clean
