Anyone experienced not getting MSOS codes when making online transactions recently? It has been a week and I still cannot make any online purchases via my Maybank credit card.

Googled and found thus, ....

"Maybank has announced that it will no longer use the SMS-based MSOS (Maybank Secure Online Shopping) code system for approving online transactions starting 6 March 2025. This change applies to both credit and debit card transactions, requiring users to authorise payments through the Secure2u verification feature on the MAE app."

I have not needed to receive SMS for credit card transaction for a looong time or at least more than a year, you better check if your online purchase site is legit or not.

is not maybank no change, probably the online shopping site did not update their platform or still using the old payment gateway.
