Housing Loan Monthly Installment - Will go to your saving/loan account.
Reduce/Redeem House Loan - Will go to your loan account.

Housing Loan Monthly Installment which pays to your private bank account monthly, can only be done for the 1st property where you withdraw funds from your EPF. Subsequent withdrawals, the funds will masuk terus your home loan account.

Can I withdraw it out If I’m still paying for progressive interest?

I believe you can apply for withdrawal once you have all the required documents, stamped and signed, in hand.
