Whatever it is, schools inside city boundaries should go. I’m looking at you Kuen Cheng, St John’s, MBSKL, VI etc
Don't your kid know how to walk home or take bus?, Msian frustrated by school traffic jams

QUOTE(AbbyCom @ Apr 25 2025, 12:48 AM) Nope, for MBSKL, VI, SRJK Jln Davidson & Confucian - whenever Confucian holiday - traffic smooth2. But kudos to Confucian, when they opened the access next to Angkasa Hotel that helped much but then PNB 118 came up, but still much better - last time kena jam 30 mins, now max 10 mins only - same time comparison. You have a screwed sense of smooth traffic. It may not affect much within the vicinity of those schools you mentioned but overall it still contributes to heavier traffic. And wait till PNB118 is fully open. The MRT/LRT station also helped. With the access next to Angkasa, more students use the LRT d, further reducing traffic. Kuan Cheng Kuen Cheng gotta move. Period. And whatever happened to being schooled near where you live? I know parents just submit some fake address near the school they want their child to go for admission. |

QUOTE(30624770 @ Apr 25 2025, 09:34 AM) You think being schooled near the school means walking distance today? Clearly you don’t understand what I’m on about. Being allocated far away & actually submitting some fake address so that the child could enter the parent preferred school are 2 entirely different thing.Let me just give an example. Children from Puchong or Dengkil allocated schools in Cyberjaya. You expect the kids to walk/bicycle from Puchong or Dengkil to Cyberjaya? You are not a parent yet, right? |
