PETALING JAYA: The education ministry has apologised for a mistake in the design of the Jalur Gemilang printed in its Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results analysis report, the latest snafu involving the national flag.

The ministry said a thorough investigation was ongoing and admitted that the mistake was unacceptable.

“We have asked for a Hitler downfall meme to commemorate this f*arked up event. As it cannot be un-f*ucked and with similar craziness over at Sin Chew paper, we have no choice but to commit hara-kiri to hide our shame, We invite our brother’s in AI to join us in this cleansing of stupidity, I hope they will accept our proposal,” it said in a statement.
