My previous Hyundai Elantra MD year 2012 replaced it's ECU 2 years ago, reason being the battery voltage is lower than required and it spoilt the ECU.

Here is someone who tells the truth but then when I advice customers not to do so, I can see these words flying across their forehead, ko ni nak scam aku ke ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Well I have to find the next person who listens.

I don't even know the voltage of my new battery, the mechanic just says it's time to change during service then quote me a price and I just say ok.

Lesson to be learnt is to remember the voltage of your battery and don't let mechanic suka suka change it.

Yup you are correct.

Talking about suka suka change, actually this practice is extremely rampant in the industry especially when it comes to the faulty Starter Motor. The inability to accurately diagnose this and resolve this issue, will costs the customer. Barang rosak tak ditukar tetapi asyik tukar barang yang tak rosak. Memang hebat. Cari makan bos.
