For the first time, it will be offered as a full BEV alongside the traditional HEV powertrain. Here’s everything you need to know:

- Available with HEV or BEV powertrains, in both FWD and AWD configurations
- Base ES 300h features a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with hybrid assistance, producing 197hp
- ES 300h AWD and ES 350h are powered by a 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine, delivering 201hp and 247hp respectively
- Entry-level BEV, the ES 350e, is FWD with 224hp and a claimed range of 685km
- Top-spec BEV, the ES 500e, features AWD, 342hp and a claimed range of 610km
- Battery capacities have not yet been disclosed
- All-new exterior design features a slantback silhouette with a focus on aerodynamic efficiency
- 165mm longer than the previous generation, with an 80mm increase in wheelbase
- Interior aims for a clean, minimalistic and airy feel, featuring Responsive Hidden Switches and a large panoramic sunroof
- Driver’s cockpit includes a 12.3-inch digital display, paired with an even larger infotainment and passenger screen
