We don't have an equivalent.
In US, both sides are actually liberals.
The leftist progressives are modern liberals and the right wing conservatives are basically classical liberals.
The left wing believes in equality of outcome, so things like quota systems (DEI) where let's say the country is 50:50 women and men, then you should hire 50:50 women and men in fire departments for example.
The right wing believes in equality of opportunity, so the idea of merit, you hire based on who is best for the job.
The left wing believes in welfare systems to help the poor, so generally they have high tax which they use to redistribute to the poor.
The right wing believes in creating jobs for the poor, so generally they cut taxes so companies have more money so they can hire more people.
