This is the life of singles unfortunately unless you are well off enough to afford your own health care provider.

Or stay with one of your siblings family.
I remember someone single also had this problem when they broke their leg. After treatment in hospital, their friend sent them home and then they just stay in the house in the dark, unable to do anything. Too shy to ask friend to come again. It was only later that friend realised that they were alone that decided to ask to stay with them for a while until it got sorted.

Sometimes family is the one thing that takes care of us when we are down and alone.

Even own children may not take care of you when u no longer capable to even change your own diaper. Don’t expect a niece or nephew to change your diaper. Not gonna happen.
