Best package for those who want to renew contract currently. Dont waste time go to TM point, call 100 yada yada. Just request to terminate your account and wait for their call to counter offer.

My Case:

I am on 300mbps, RM119 per month

First offer to renew the contract was standard; stay on current package with 6 month waived. but now need to subscribe unifi mobile minimum 1 month.
I hesitated since I know I will end up paying more because I will forgot/delayed the termination after 1 month due to the hassle.

Went to TM point, offer is worse than telemarketing:
RM119 - 300mbps, 6 month waive, sub unifi mobile 39 @ min 3 month
RM89 - 100mbps, 6 month waive, sub unifi mobile 39 @ min 3 month

I put my renewal on hold, after few months came here and saw SWU 5.0 packages. Instantly request termination from portal and got the call after few days.
