I'm now still on this old 500mbps paying RM139 before tax, possible to get that lower price RM90 500mbps SWU plan?
And is it public ip for SWU 500mbps?

went to pandan indah branch to try getting swu rm90, they insist of having the transfer id bcoz the hq is monitoring now lol

just wondering if i got the transfer id by registering another isp, and i didnt get counter offer by TM, i still can reject/cancel the transfer right?

so i got the RM90 package by sending an feedback enquiry asking for any promotion for end-of-contract user via the apps and mentioning the competitors offers.
whole process took 4-5 days including installing the new router, no need terminate or transfer id

Last month I went asked at tm point, they shoot me back
not sure if they're not as strict now

they call and offer you the package, then they'll say bunch of details and ask your verification if you agree
