Contract finish already. Previous package unifi 300mb, free pro upgrade to 500mb. Was paying rm129 monthly.

I just walked in, said my contract finish ed. Straight to the point said wanna switch plan to swu 5.0, 500mb @ rm90. Initially, the staff said price is rm139, free 6months.

Then i said, haritu kwn sy baru tukar plan 500mbs @ rm90. She check system, straight away said ok cannn. LoL

No STD for this plan.

SWU plan only for existing customer whose contract already expired. No other t&c as im aware off.

Renew contract 2 years + must take unifi mobile postpaid for 3 months @ rm39.

But i read some forumer said no need to wait 3 months, can cancel already. Since, i already paid for the 1st month, gonna wait until next month before cancelling the postpaid.

gonna apply some leave to visit TM point, but no damansara outlet, not sure on PJ where can try

The tmpoint nearest PJ is tmpoint menara tm or can go to seksyen 11 shah alam.

My 800Mbps rx range -25 to -27 at distance ±330 meter.. at FDP port already -25 something when measure. Nevermind!

they said it has VLAN template? but others with ALCL OLT just fine has VLAN400 at LAN 1 tagged

based my experience, very rare to find customers with -14 to -17dBm, mostly they in -20 to -31dBm

so we thought, if going to make new hardware, why not use Laser BOSA that between class B+ and C+

I talked to few TM friends, if this can happen to improve Rx Power, this make them happy as less issue and less alarm

so, we did.

even Unifi Elite surprised when see this stick has better Rx sensitivity. wondering if use at bad area who on -31dBm

The chances of getting RM90/m offer has to be contract ended. Guess I need to wait couple of months more.

Yes, but some people got them a few months before their contract ended, you can try your luck. However, mine was after the contract ended. I just wanted to switch to Astro Fiber, and that's how I got counter-offered. I was the first one to get it here in April, and with an additional free STD20 still being retained.

So you actually did initiated termination for unifi? Or you get the official offers from Astro then TM counter-offered?
Did they force you to get the unifi mobile?

I didn't initiate anything in UniFi. I applied via Astro and after submitted in the system. After got the transfer ID, TM called to counter offer.
No, mine is without UniFi Mobile. I also got free router.

I bought from china using lazada 1st year of MCO. The damn RM30 Iest gear with accurate resut & can put in my pocket. I need result not brand. I have the expensive also but can't be my favorite.
