Just get the Astro TV and Astro Fiber bundled for RM 90 - 500Mbps. Then, UniFi will contact you once you have the transfer ID.

If no Astro, then sorry this will not work.

I dont have Astro, but it works too, I just told the person I aimed for the best value possible.

Good for you, as of last month no such thing yet. I think I was the first one to get the plan here. It’s the SWU 5.0 plan anyway, it’s already in their system. I guess anyone can request for it.

My issue right now is my router doesn't output 100mbps, only at 30mbps and the technician checked and confirmed it is the router issue.
So im wondering, if i change the router and the issue still happens, i wasted that purchase. If i renew, then I'm stuck for another 2 years, but hey, new router.

I’m at TM point and they insist on bundle with Unifi mobile for 3 months. 🙃

So I assume that those with a transfer ID are not required to subscribe to Unifi Mobile, while those without a transfer ID must subscribe to Unifi Mobile for 3 months at RM39 per month.

Still not that bad. Considering cheaper in long term.

When I took the offer of RM 90 for 500Mbps, TM changed a new router for me too, but we have been using our own router since day 1. The guy still came and checked. He said our router is better, so he didn't proceed to configure it and just asked us to keep it.

A couple of years back (I think SWU 3.0 then) it was the same, need to take Unifi Mobile too.
However several forumers here said can cancel after a week and get back subscription (pro-rated) for the first month.

Terminating your Unifi SWU will incur penalty, isn't it?
I suggest you wait till about August first (1 month before your Unifi contract expires) then only you try this.
