Speechless.... I specifically told the unifi agent to arrange for weekend, the fellow said technical team will call me to make arrangement. Now I just received an sms and they set an appointment on Monday without consulting me.🤦🏻‍♂️

You guys who got SWU 5.0, got see the application form mentioned Disney+ Hotstar Basic 12 Months (Unifi),Promo Discount
RM69 (Perpetual) - 24 Months

Why is there mentioned of RM69 and 24 months?

Check service date when you login to unifi account on browser, ownself add 24 month to see if you already pass that.
Like mine shows year 2020 so already in service for 5 years.

If previously get free router, you can check when it was added in the Unifi app. This should give some indication.

RM69 is the discount they are giving you, RM159 is the price before discount.

cancelling Unifi is such a hassle! the connection at my place was so bad that I decided to switch to another provider. had to go to the store just to request for cancellation. Even after I told them I wanted to terminate, they still asked for reasons and proof. I ended up saying I was leaving the country and they wanted to see my flight details! isn’t that a bit too intrusive? feels like it goes against pdpa?

It is none of their business why you want to terminate especially if after contract. Complain to MCMC.

You guilty of something? So weird to be paying money and yet won't tell them in their face the service sucks.
I would have demand them to cancel without delay or doing stunt.

Log on to Unifi website portal on desktop browser and check for any pending job Orders/service. In the order details , there was an option to reject and propose a new date.
Last time they also sms an appt date without checking with me first. Luckily i was ok with the date, so I confirmed it in portal.

hmm.gif The agent who called me never mentioned anything about including voice package, guess this means I get Voice STD20 for free. But why the dect phone is Unsubscribed?

Yup me too...so difficult to change unifi to celcom.....they delay ...no answer....need to go to their store... A lot of question....then cannot terminate right away....!!!they need 1 month to terminate!!! So need to pay 1 more bil ( current paid bill will finish in next 2 days)..the worse broadband experience ever.

U need to have proof such as speedtest. Even better if got technician come and do test and confirm slowness.

Technically u signed 2 years contract. For early termination penalty is min RM500 iinm.

I'm on SWU4.0 contract expiring next month. Can request change to this?

Terminate after contract ends, they will call you to verify the termination and try to counter offer.
