There's no secret for this one. It's pure mistake from TM.
During the FSU, they just click the wrong button and bam, 2gig

When I saw in the Force app the port configuration is 2gig, I thought technician made a mistake with the work order.

But when I speed test, I really get 1gig upload, which means RADIUS side is 2gig profile too.

Then 2 days later my account name changed to 2gbps pro upgrade. This is when I realize it's the call center staff who made the mistake.

But I don't tolak rezeki. So thank you TM.

I can also tell you something about working in telco. Even when I see customer mistakenly get a speed bump, I won't correct it. It's their rezeki. Same goes for every other people I know who work in telco.
