The board basically is a dc automatic relay switch but not a voltage regulator. The output voltage is equal to input1 or nput2 voltage but both inputs must be in same voltage (dc) because at the same time input 1 will charge input2. For me the purpose not specifically for CPE (ONU/ONR/modem/router) but any devices which powered by 12Vdc.

I cut old router 12V/2A adapter into 2. The adapter part as an input, the rest as an output. U can search the board in shopee/lazada automatic power switch module. The real backup UPS use same concept, the difference only it have inverter module to convert Vdc to 240Vac.

Your router is using 12V? But some model of Asus running at 18~19V, that lead–acid battery only 12~13V which cannot apply directly to Asus router    (too bad for my case)

Connect in series 12V + 6V & u'll get ±18V. Most standard router use 12V

I also feel the Internet has been slow in the past two days. I always turn off the company's VPN when I use the laptop, as Reddit blocks the connection.

I have no choice but to use the company's VPN now, and it is fast again.

Recently heard a lot of Unifi slow, is this because too many users in 500Mbps, all the bandwidth used up ?

One of my fren plan to jump from Maxis to Unifi, will he facing the same issue? 
Because Maxis still using Unifi port if not mistaken

so you manage to get new package by walk-in? How you tell them and do force to get any postpaid simcard ?

I asked for SWU 5.0 RM90 500Mbps, then customer service check and said yes can subscribe to this plan.
However the new plan only comes into effect few days later which is weird.
No postpaid simcard and it comes with 1 year Disney+ Hotstar

take 500Mbps RM90 enough for you
make sure unifi portal request terminate then wait tm will call you they will ask you why terminate you must tell i got called from astro offering 500Mbps RM90 then tm unifi will give you 500Mbps RM90 SWU 5.0 settle

I went to TM Point to ask for SWU package with 2.5 months left in my current contract. I am using 100 mbps at RM89/month. She acted that she don't know and tried to re-engage the contract with the same price.

Only when I pushed SWU 5.0 for 100 mbps at RM79 with 6 months rebate and Disney Plus, she said can but need to subscribe for Unifi Postpaid at RM39 per month but can cancel after the first month. I tried to get it waived but she is very insistent that it is compulsory.

The 24-month contract can start immediately while the old contract can be terminated without penalty.

It’s not recently. Been going on since Covid MCO days. At night, usually unusable between 9pm to 1am. But not everyone is affected by this, some users are fine (maybe it’s area dependent) but I was vomiting blood for years with Unifi and switched to Maxis fibre a year ago, on Unifi infra. No more problems. Internet useable throughout the day. If your friend’s current Maxis is running fine currently, I would recommend he stay with Maxis.

why so many website are slow these days? steam usually reliable are now crawling too. only youtube and instagram are reliable. non-social website are crawling, which makes the lighting speed we have now kinda useless

Hi, ive been on unifi upgrade from 300mbps to 500 for over a 2 years now, i paid 180 monthly, ive seen some ppl got 500mbps afor a lot cheaper than me, how do i go about reducing the price? I dont have any contract since its already been 2 years.
