Find another unless feng shui good. There are lots of desperate landlords nowadays. Myself if good tenent, pays on time, no gibe headache, I dun increase and let them stay suka hati. Have one tenant sudah 8 years liao, another 20 years baru pindah so I can increase rental after new tenant comes.
