But I have a unit in Tropika Paradise in USJ 17 and its around 460k
It’s also next to a LRT station (if you’re using it)
So if it’s within your budget, I would recommend it.
Management is good and most people buy it for own stay.
Another condo that I was considering last time was Lafite in SS17, I really like the area but I didn’t get a chance to fully explore the condo.
