QUOTE(marxx @ Apr 22 2025, 02:18 PM) Mind to elaborate a bit more? Do you mean current models of Sharp and Toshiba TVs are not so reliable? Or are you referring to poor picture quality / software quality? I am using a sharp 50" 4k smart TV. The youtube nowadays may or may not respond to command. Can launch it and play a video but if want to stop or change video then it becomes impossible. When tune to local TV, it'll work for 30 seconds~ before freezing. All these happened a few years after purchasing. For the toshiba 65" tv, we had it and i wasn't satisfied with the color/saturation/contrast and can't get a really satisfying pic quality no matter how i tune. It was too reddish for me. Then my kid cracked it and we changed to a hisense 65 android tv, which is jst around the same price as the toshiba. Lo and behold, pic quality is great and the android software is smooth and responsive. Only problem is the remote stopped functioning after getting dropped from chair height. Being an android tv, i was able to use my mobile to control it b4 getting a 3rd party replacement remote from shopee marxx liked this post
