Of all the hundreds of millions of people in this world…
somehow, we crossed paths.

And I don’t think that was just luck.
I think it was life gently reminding us
that some connections are written,
even if they aren’t meant to stay.

You and I weren’t a coincidence.
We were a moment carved out of time.
Brief… but unforgettable.

Two souls who started as a virtual spark…
and quietly became something real.

Not out of weakness.
But out of love, maybe.
Or quiet respect
for where life was taking us.

We started what felt like the first page of something beautiful.
A book we never got to finish writing together.

And with time, that story sat open, untouched
until the pages quietly faded…
left behind like dust pressed between memory and silence.

And yet…

No matter where life takes us,
or who we become
You will always, and forever,
have a space in my heart.

Eternally.

Not every story ends with a chapter called “us.”
But some still echo… long after the last line.

You became a memory I carry quietly
tucked in my mind and heart,
in a place only I could carry you
while everything else around me moved on without you.

I still remember the way it felt
when my arms wrapped around you
the warmth, the weight,
your head resting on my shoulder…
and mine gently leaning onto yours
forehead to forehead, still and close

Breathing in the soft fragrance from your hair
a scent that, even now,
still reminds me of you.

And I silently wished
that moment could last forever.

I still remember watching you sleep…
and gently brushing the hair from your face
feeling, in that quiet moment,
a kind of happiness I didn’t know I was searching for.

And sometimes…
in the middle of my busy life
people passing,
traffic moving,
days unfolding
there’s a pause.
A breath I didn’t expect.

And for that brief moment,
I wonder...

What life might’ve looked like…
if it were you and me,
side by side on the street ahead.

Like we were meant to be.

And then… just like that,
I wake up.
From the dream.
Back into reality.

This is everything I never said…
but always felt.

And I needed to say it…
before the memory of you slips quietly
beyond even my reach.

So on your birthday…
I hope you smile a little deeper.
Dream a little louder.

And feel loved
not just by those around you,
but by the version of me
that still quietly believes in you
from afar.

I hope life is kind to you.
I hope you find the happiness you deserve.
And the dreams you still hold close.

Wherever they take you…
I’ll be silently cheering you on.

From a story we left unfinished
but will never forget.

Happy Birthday

From someone who once saw the world in you
and never really stopped.

So nice to see men who appreciate literature and poetic expressions.

Here's a poem to soothe your soul:

It makes me cringe as well
the biggest I learn over the years is don't ever pedestalize anyone
everyone has their own shit to deal no matter how superficial fine they look externally
