i was expecting to find the steps but seemed like only the video is displayed

from the IG post (in Mandarin), my interpretation and understanding that the below will be done as implied

step 1. landlord to look for a lawyer

step 2. lawyer will negotiate with the tenant

step 3. if tenant still fail to make payment, lawyer will file Writ of Distress

step 4. with the Writ of Distress in place, the Court Bailiff is able to carry out the law by changing the door locks after evict the tenant

any lawyer can help to correct me if there is any thing amiss

i don't think working is gonna resolve your issue
u can clearly see how many people is in that household and they can't even pay the electricity

i think the better way is asking them for reference...aka ex landlord

them having a job does not mean anything at all...at least for me

Let's say electricity and water account under landlord name. Can landlord just close those accounts while bad tenants still staying? Accounts owned by landlord so landlord has the rights to terminate, no? Bad tenants can always buy diesel generator so it's not like landlord is threatening their lives just by cutting electricity.😈
