is pos laju the only service that does ems?
i need to send some items oversea and i only know the national post of the country is part of the EMS network but honestly they are located in inconvenience places that i want to not use them if can
inb4 easyparcel, i need to be able to drop off since i dont want to print shit and i dont have a sticker printer

during the first e-commerce boom, they got more parcels that they can handle

but they fail to build upon that and got left behind. then more options came, they again did not move fast enough. the rest is history (or going to be)

Actually their PosLaju is profitable

The one dragging them down is the traditional slow mail service which they cannot cancel or reduce coverage due to being a national services

The postman at my area kena pinched by jnt during e-commerce boom. Can see the same fellas makan at the wrong, just different uniform.
