It's still a vanilla MCU movie that doesn't deviates from the formula. Aesthetically it's homage to Jack Kirby's original retro future look. Galactus was disappointing while Shalla-Bal has paper thin characterisation to be anything more than just a simple plot device.

Guess Franklin Richards is the key to future MCU cause he is the omnipotent get out of jail character. Do wonder are they using the Jonathan Hickman's run for how things playing out. Still one character short, Valeria Richards could be in the pipeline especially crafting Doctor Doom's Secret War.

In Imax 3D, FF4 has ghosting issues in some scenes. It continues the issue that I've only noticed since Thunderbolts. I wonder what the stereoscopic producer is doing to approve these scenes?
