As per title, when i went home from work i found out my wifi has no connection to the internet and the AUTH led on the BTU is blinking. the LINK led is solid white...

is this connection issue with the equipment (BTU, patch cord etc) or issue with TM?

Thanks for any feedback

1. Check if your bill got any outstanding or not.

2. If no outstanding bills, check whether the fibre cable connection loose or not.

3. Try turn off and turn on the device again.

When AUTH LED is blinking, means the BTU is trying to establish a connection with the Unifi (special credentials, not your Unifi username & password).

Usually the BTU's MAC Address is tied with this authentication and only Unifi can check/modify.

If after several restarts & the problems persist, no choice but to call Unifi Helpline. Sometimes a simple "Port Reset" at their side will resolve the problems.

Hope this helps... cool2.gif

Could be either, but if the LINK light is solid and only the AUTH is blinking, it usually means the BTU can connect to the network but can’t authenticate. Might be a TM-side issue or maybe the account got suspended or reset. You can try restarting the BTU first, then check if the problem clears up

I just got into same situation just yesterday. TM solved it by replacing the outside (black) fiber optic cable. They checked the fiber transmission quality which was bad. There is no way you can solve this by yourself.
