Hi bro, I already bought a unit at Hana Hill as I like it better than LEA; since all of the units for Hana comes with a balcony

And I like the low density and overall environment

Yeah is quite peaceful area for own stay, best part is environment and no far away from city, SPE is there
no so jam for this zone due to no much development behind.

just restaurant for non bumi no that much

For non bumi restaurants at least can go Setapak nearby so it’s not too bad

I think now got quite a few development

SDB also just launched a luxury condo right at the back

yeah, soon to be quite much development now. Lea soon to completed, around 5xxk, nadayu below 500K i guess
