Despite the huge battery, it manages to be slim.

Measuring under 8mm thick, the HONOR Power is backed by a whopping 8,000mAh battery thanks to silicon-carbon technology, which supports 66W charging. Endurance-wise, the brand claims that it can provide 25 hours of video playback, over 23 hours of navigation, and 14 hours of gaming.

As for its other specs, the Power sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak HDR brightness of 4,000 nits. Under the hood, it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 with support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. For imaging, it features a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP front snapper.

The Power retails at a starting price of CNY1,999 (~RM1,204) for the base 8GB+256GB variant.

¥1999 ( RM 1,205 ) = 8GB RAM /256 GB

¥2199 ( RM 1,325 )= 12GB RAM /256 GB

¥2499 ( RM 1,506 )= 12GB RAM /512 GB

what a waste, this phone got so good battery life but performance is like crap

if latest SD chips is too expensive then they should just go for mediatek 8000 series chipsets, at least get mid-range phone's performance

Exynos 1580 is a faster chip

https://nanoreview.net/en/soc-compare/samsu...pdragon-7-gen-3

The reason why people don't care for 7 gen 3 (at least today) is because it is not that much faster than 865. 865 was 5 years ago and you can already feel stutter and lags in certain things. I'm using it, so I know. If you buy 7 gen 3 now, you may not even have 1 year before you lag using browser and trying to pull out tng app to pay for things. That's not to say it's not usable, but there's a good reason why they are able to price it this way. The market right now is pretty efficient.

8000mAH but how many volts? is it the same voltage as other phones because mAH alone doesn't tell what's the real capacity.

Oklah, it's not so bad. 5 years for less than 2k, not bad at all. IMO currently entry premium is where best value is at. Sure, there's inflation but it's the same thing everywhere. It's either the price goes up or quality goes down. Plus, samsung offers 7 years of update for S series. New or 2nd hand, it wouldn't matter cause the update should be able to cover it. Just find the one with risk suitable for your needs.

I hope some manufacturer can make some phone fat a little so the camera can flush with the back and slap in 10k battery in there with the fat body...

for me , 10 years update also no use if the hp start lagging.

summore, some apps are quite demanding

not to mentioned the cb S series got their own unique problems

I don’t play games. I rather they use older chip to bring down the cost and bump up other specs.
