Hi guys,

Any S23 ultra with connection to mobile data after disconnecting the wifi?
My s23 U many times cannot switch to 4g/5g after switching off wifi or disconnect from wifi. I have to on/off the airplane mode to activste the mobile data. i tried switch with other sim card from different telco also the same.

I searched the internet and found some also with this problem, i tried their method but the problems still persist.
Any one got any idea? Can reset to factory help?

having the same problem before this,
Celcom in sim 1 will lost signal after wifi disconnected (leaving home/office), but Hotlink in sim 2 is just fine.


but after a few updates i didn't see this problem anymore, last update was 1/3/2025.

what is your telco ?
did you do system update before?

have no problem when going from wifi to mobile data. the problem with my celcom line is to reconnect once it had lost the mobile signal.

im with Maxis and i have updated to the latest android. But there is no improvement after few updates.

thats the troublesome part, and i dunno when it cannot connect to mobile data.
