True story - My friend is an orthopedic in gov hospital. He said he has seen way too many cases of paralyzed or partial paralyzed patients after getting bone adjustments from these quacks.

Even if you go his shop you can’t find him. His treatments were all done by his senior students already. Unless you make early appointment and tell them you want to see Chris Leong specifically.

Does it even work? I watched his videos, every single one of them involved the same set of adjustments, instead of tailoring to the specific complication of the patient.

I tried chiro 2-3 times (gonstead, not those simply crack whole body here and there). After cracking, feels really sore and have to ice the area for few days. Definitely felt the difference but have to change some sleeping habit also.

But like the chiro guy explained, if you do not do physio to train your muscle to hold the bone position, it will revert back eventually after few months/years. True enough it did but still felt better than before trying it.

I used to have a knot at the back where when thai masseur tried to crack at the end of the session, but not successful every time. That went away after trying out chiro (been over 2 years since I last tried it). It does help a little with discomfort/pain but not really a cure for bad habit/posture. Also seems to open up your breathing... much easier to breath fully without lifting both hands.

The only discomfort that I had after doing chiro was my back is so straight that wearing socks become harder than usual. Clipping nail become harder to do. It has since return to normal.

I would strongly recommend chiro if you wake up with sore body everyday. It really helps. Chiro is not a fix but rather a relief but if you are discipline enough to do physio, it definitely helps maintain the state of your spine which could reduce any discomfort/pain one is experiencing.

Nowadays I use yoga roller to crack my back. Feels good but not as satisfying as a real chiro cracking.

Tit tar is for temporary relief only. You have to go many times and it is NOT cheap!
